At Neat Meat, every cut and every dish is prepared to a standard we’d serve at our own table.
Because we deliver fresh and prepared food, the moment of delivery is the heart of our promise:
we want you completely happy with your order before our driver leaves your door.

The Doorstep Promise

Check your order at the door — accept only what you love.

When your order arrives, please inspect it in front of our delivery representative before accepting it.
If anything isn’t right, you have the full right to refuse all or part of the order on the spot,
at no cost to you. For food-safety reasons, our return window is the doorstep — once the order is accepted and
the driver has left, the sale is considered final.

What to check on delivery

Take a moment to review your order with the driver. We recommend you confirm:

  • The items match what you ordered (products, quantities and weights).
  • Packaging is sealed, clean and intact — no leaks or damage.
  • Chilled and frozen items are still cold and properly packed.
  • The freshness and appearance of fresh cuts and prepared dishes meet your expectations.

Rejecting an order at the door

If something doesn’t meet the standard you expect, you may decline it before accepting the delivery:

  • Full rejection — refuse the entire order and hand it back to the driver.
  • Partial rejection — keep what you’re happy with and return only the items in question; you’ll only be charged for what you keep.
Important: Rejection must happen at the time of delivery, with the items handed back to our
representative. We’re unable to accept returns once the order has been received and the driver has departed.

After delivery is complete

Because we handle fresh meat, poultry and ready-prepared food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges
after an order has been accepted and the driver has left. Once items leave our cold chain and enter
your home, we can no longer guarantee their safety or quality — so, for the protection of every customer,
all accepted orders are final.

This is exactly why the doorstep inspection matters: it’s your opportunity to confirm everything is
perfect while our representative is still with you.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing item, please point it out to the driver
at delivery so we can correct it immediately — by replacing the item, removing it from
your bill, or arranging a refund for any prepaid amount. If you only notice a clear error after delivery,
contact us as soon as possible and our team will review the situation and do our best to make it right.

We genuinely care about getting this right. If our team made the mistake, we’ll always look for a fair solution.

How refunds work

Most of our orders are paid at the moment of delivery, so refunds are rarely needed — if you reject an
order at the door, you simply don’t pay for it. Here’s how it works for each payment method:

Cash on DeliveryPaid at the door
No payment is taken until you accept the order. Reject all or part of it and you’re charged only for what you keep — nothing to refund.

Card on Delivery (POS)Paid at the door
Payment is processed on our card machine only after you accept the order. If you reject items beforehand, the amount is simply not charged.

Instapay TransferPaid in advance
If you’ve paid ahead by Instapay and reject all or part of the order at the door, we’ll refund the amount for the returned items to your account, typically within [3–7] business days.

Cancelling an order

Plans change — we understand. You can cancel your order free of charge any time
before it has been prepared and dispatched. Just contact us as early as possible.
Once an order is out for delivery, the doorstep inspection process above applies. Any prepaid amount
for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
