Beef Piccata with Mushroom

Beef Piccata with Mushroom


  • 1kg Picatta
  • Salt & pepper
  • Flour: half a cup
  • Butter: 3 tablespoons (melted)
  • Olive oil: a tablespoon
  • Mushrooms: 2 cups (chopped Slices)
  • Garlic: 2 cloves (chopped slices)
  • Red vinegar: 12 cup
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley: 3 tablespoons (chopped)


Step  1

Spread salt and pepper on the thin, finely ground pieces of meat, then dip the pieces with flour

Step  2

Mix the melted butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat

Step  3

Add the marinated meat and turn it on both sides until it turns brown, then remove it and leave it aside on a plate

Step  4

Put the mushrooms in the same pan and stir for two minutes, then add vinegar and lemon juice and leave the mixture until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave for 20 minutes

Step  5

Put the meat in a serving dish, spread the sauce over it, and sprinkle the parsley on top and serve hot
