For food-safety reasons, our return window is the doorstep \u2014 once the order is accepted and<br \/>\n        the driver has left, the sale is considered final.\n      <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<section class=\"block\">\n      <span class=\"num\">01<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head\">What to check on delivery<\/h3>\n<p>Take a moment to review your order with the driver. We recommend you confirm:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ticks\">\n<li>The items match what you ordered (products, quantities and weights).<\/li>\n<li>Packaging is sealed, clean and intact \u2014 no leaks or damage.<\/li>\n<li>Chilled and frozen items are still cold and properly packed.<\/li>\n<li>The freshness and appearance of fresh cuts and prepared dishes meet your expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"block\">\n      <span class=\"num\">02<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head\">Rejecting an order at the door<\/h3>\n<p>\n        If something doesn&#8217;t meet the standard you expect, you may decline it before accepting the delivery:\n      <\/p>\n<ul class=\"ticks\">\n<li><strong>Full rejection<\/strong> \u2014 refuse the entire order and hand it back to the driver.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partial rejection<\/strong> \u2014 keep what you&#8217;re happy with and return only the items in question; you&#8217;ll only be charged for what you keep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"note\">\n        <b>Important:<\/b> Rejection must happen <b>at the time of delivery<\/b>, with the items handed back to our<br \/>\n        representative. We&#8217;re unable to accept returns once the order has been received and the driver has departed.\n      <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"block\">\n      <span class=\"num\">03<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head\">After delivery is complete<\/h3>\n<p>\n        Because we handle fresh meat, poultry and ready-prepared food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges<br \/>\n        after an order has been accepted and the driver has left. Once items leave our cold chain and enter<br \/>\n        your home, we can no longer guarantee their safety or quality \u2014 so, for the protection of every customer,<br \/>\n        all accepted orders are final.\n      <\/p>\n<p>\n        This is exactly why the doorstep inspection matters: it&#8217;s your opportunity to confirm everything is<br \/>\n        perfect while our representative is still with you.\n      <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"block\">\n      <span class=\"num\">04<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head\">Damaged, incorrect or missing items<\/h3>\n<p>\n        If you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing item, please point it out to the driver<br \/>\n        <strong>at delivery<\/strong> so we can correct it immediately \u2014 by replacing the item, removing it from<br \/>\n        your bill, or arranging a refund for any prepaid amount. If you only notice a clear error after delivery,<br \/>\n        contact us as soon as possible and our team will review the situation and do our best to make it right.\n      <\/p>\n<div class=\"note\">\n        We genuinely care about getting this right. If our team made the mistake, we&#8217;ll always look for a fair solution.\n      <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"block\">\n      <span class=\"num\">05<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head\">How refunds work<\/h3>\n<p>\n        Most of our orders are paid at the moment of delivery, so refunds are rarely needed \u2014 if you reject an<br \/>\n        order at the door, you simply don&#8217;t pay for it. Here&#8217;s how it works for each payment method:\n      <\/p>\n<div class=\"pay\">\n<div class=\"pay-row\">\n<div class=\"m\">Cash on Delivery<span>Paid at the door<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"d\">No payment is taken until you accept the order. Reject all or part of it and you&#8217;re charged only for what you keep \u2014 nothing to refund.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"pay-row\">\n<div class=\"m\">Card on Delivery (POS)<span>Paid at the door<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"d\">Payment is processed on our card machine only after you accept the order. If you reject items beforehand, the amount is simply not charged.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"pay-row\">\n<div class=\"m\">Instapay Transfer<span>Paid in advance<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"d\">If you&#8217;ve paid ahead by Instapay and reject all or part of the order at the door, we&#8217;ll refund the amount for the returned items to your account, typically within <span class=\"editable\">[3\u20137]<\/span> business days.<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"block\">\n      <span class=\"num\">06<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"head\">Cancelling an order<\/h3>\n<p>\n        Plans change \u2014 we understand. You can cancel your order free of charge any time<br \/>\n        <strong>before it has been prepared and dispatched<\/strong>. Just contact us as early as possible.<br \/>\n        Once an order is out for delivery, the doorstep inspection process above applies.
